What a wonderful place!

If you want a quiet, romantic getaway this is the Inn for you! We met friends at this B&B for a weekend get-away. The location is fantastic, as Uber / Lyft had no problem finding us. The entire stay was welcoming and warm. We WILL return and bring more friends.

So fun!

We loved our stay at Mayor's Mansion, especially because we are lovers of all things historical. What a beauty! Our room, the Ocoee River Room, was comfy and spacious. The Inn was decorated for fall in spectacular fashion, and located conveniently to the downtown activity, the river walk activity, Lookout Mountain activity - everything!

Great place to stay

Magnificent stately house near the university campus. Easy walk to casual restaurants. Breakfast was outstanding: apples in cream, pumpkin pancakes, sausages. In the evening, for a late night snack, there was a peach cobbler in the 2nd floor lobby. Cookies available at the front desk all the time.

Absolutely lovely B&B

This is an absolutely lovely B&B right by UTC and close to downtown. It’s in the Fort Wood historic section of town. The room was beautiful, the service gracious, the property well maintained and clean. And, there was pie every night! The breakfast was nice, even a little decadent. I would love to come back just to vacation.

Lucky to have found this gem

What a fantastic night we spent here. There was nothing more we could if wished for to make our stay better, from the tiny little details like lens cleaner wipes for your glasses to complimentary soft drinks and a breakfast unlike no other we have had so far on our trip. Just amazing local food and very well catered for with my gluten intolerance, nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were so welcoming and hospitable.
