Whether you are having a small corporate event, a family reunion, an anniversary celebration, or any other kind of special event or party in Chattanooga, we have the accommodations for you! The Inn has a number of rooms available for rental to suit a variety of needs.

The Mayor’s Floor! Be the talk of the town when the entire Mansion is yours! You get it all from the front porch to the back deck and everything in between! Accommodating up to 55 guests, the entire floor of the Mansion makes for a grand event!


The Fort Wood Ballroom may be used for up to 55 guests. Original hardwood floors, crystal chandelier, large windows, and glass French doors. The ballroom adjoins a 60′ deck with additional seating and great views of Signal Mountain.


Perfect for your next outdoor wedding or special event, the Victorian Garden provides a beautiful, intimate outdoor setting that may accommodate up to 55 guests.


The Tiffany Dining Room, named for its beautiful stained glass, can accommodate up to 20 guests for a seated dinner. Silk upholstered walls reflect the light of the grand chandelier.


The Ladies’ Withdrawing Room is an intimate setting for a maximum of 8 guests. Hand-painted murals encompass the entire room for an unforgettable backdrop.


The Mayor’s Library – Richly appointed, boasting an original marble fireplace and intricate moldings, this room can accommodate up to 15 guests.
